Reporting Unsafe Conditions. An employee who becomes aware of an unsafe working 32 condition shall immediately report the situation to his/her supervisor. A safety/securitydeficiency 33 form shall be provided to employees either by electronic file or by hardcopy for reporting purposes. 34 The supervisor shall investigate and initiate whatever corrective action he/she deems appropriate 35 with consultation and notice given to the department responsible for safety and security. If the 36 employee believes that the condition has not been corrected, he/she may report it to the School 37 Safety/Security Committee in writing on the Safety/Security Deficiency Form. All hard copies of 38 the Safety/Security Deficiency Form shall be directed to the Safety & Security department. 40 6.02 - PROTECTION OF PERSON
Reporting Unsafe Conditions. The reporting of unsafe working conditions shall be made through the concerned Employee’s Head of Department, other Department Head, the Shop Xxxxxxx or another Union Representative. Bullying and harassment are considered unsafe working conditions.

If the 15 employee believes that the condition has not been corrected, he/she may report it to the 16 S c h o o l o r Site Safety/Security Committee in writing on the Safety/Security Deficiency Form. 17 All hard copies of the Safety/Security Deficiency Form shall be directed to the Safety & Security 18 Department and a copy of the report shall be maintained by the siteadministrator.
Reporting Unsafe Conditions. 22.2.1 Unit members will report in writing, except in emergencies, to their immediate supervisor, any condition which poses a threat to the safety of any person associated with the District.
22.2.2 No unit member of the District shall be required by district or local school administration to search for bombs or any other type of explosive material.
22.2.3 No employee shall be in any way discriminated against as a result of reporting any conditions believed to be a violation of the above.
Reporting Unsafe Conditions. Employees have a responsibility to advise the District immediately of any unsafe condition(s). It is the responsibility of unit members to report to their immediate supervisor, in writing, on the District provided form, any unsafe conditions. The immediate supervisor shall respond to any written report in a reasonable period of time and take appropriate action. The CCE/AFT may make such reports on behalf of any employee or group of employees. No employee shall be retaliated against or discriminated against, for reporting such conditions.
Reporting Unsafe Conditions. All employees will be vigilant in seeking out unsafe or hazardous conditions and will report them immediately to the appropriate College personnel for correction.
Reporting Unsafe Conditions. A. Employees or the Union will inform supervisory personnel when an unsafe or unhealthy working condition is detected. The employee may submit a summary of the problem to Management directly or via the Union or Safety Committee or local Safety Officer. Local Management will report, in writing, to the Union any unsafe or unhealthy working conditions that are reported.
B. Management will, to the extent feasible, eliminate identified safety and health hazards. When such conditions cannot be readily abated, Management shall inform the Union of a timetable for abatement. Arrangements shall include notifications, warnings, and relocation of employees, if needed, providing information to employees exposed to hazardous conditions and, take other steps as necessary under the circumstances, such as holding informational meetings with affected employees.
Reporting Unsafe Conditions. Employees are encouraged to report any unsafe working condition(s) to their supervisors. No employee shall be discipline or retaliated against for reporting such conditions.
