Supplemental Medical Coverage. A. Supplemental medical coverage is automatically included with your basic medical coverage, and will become effective the first of the month following 90 days of service as a benefit eligible employee. Coverage, as defined by Xxxxxx Foundation Health Plan of Colorado (KFHP), will be the same as enrolled in basic medical coverage for each regular benefit eligible employee.
