Supplemental Pay. Bargaining unit employees who have supplemental contracts that encompass work performed for less than the entire school year and whose supplemental contract compensation is in excess of $2000.00, shall be paid in two (2) installments with the first check to be paid upon completion of half of the scheduled season activities and the final payment at the end of the service and upon submission of the Athletic Director and/or Building Principal’s authorization to release payment. No compensation shall be paid unless all proper documentation has been received.
