Common use of Supplemental Pay Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Pay. Each employee in a classification which was five percent (5%) or more above the 80th percentile in the 2023 Total Compensation Survey will receive the equivalent of the July 2024 GSI in Paragraph (1), above, as follows: one percent (1%) as a GSI and the remainder as a supplemental payment. Supplemental Pay will be paid as described in Section V.1.A(4).
