Supplemental Site License. This is a Supplemental Site License as referenced in that certain Wireless Communications Facilities Master License Agreement in connection with the operation of Company’s Network, between Licensor and Company dated , 201_ (the “Agreement”). All of the terms and conditions of the Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof without the necessity of repeating or attaching the Agreement. In the event of a contradiction, modification or inconsistency between the terms of the Agreement and this Supplemental Site License, the terms of this Supplemental Site License shall govern. Capitalized terms used in this Supplemental Site License shall have the same meaning described for them in the Agreement unless otherwise indicated herein.

Supplemental Site License. The City grants to Company a non-exclusive, revocable Supplemental Site License to locate, construct, operate, control and maintain its Network Equipment, as referenced in that certain Master Right-of-Way Use Agreement in connection with the operation of Company’s Network, between Licensor and Company dated October 25, 2018 (the “Use Agreement”), within the Public Right-of-Way segment shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (“Equipment Location”).

  • Documentation License Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, Provider hereby grants to Client a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 12(g) license to use the Documentation during the Term solely for Client's internal business purposes in connection with its use of the Services.
