Project Description and Locations. Licensee shall have the right to install and attach Wireless Installations on, under, and above the public right of way owned or controlled by Licensor, on, in and adjacent to the specific Structure and Infrastructure as identified and described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto (collectively the “Licensed Site”).
Project Description and Locations. Licensee shall have the right to attach Small Cell Equipment to the designated space on the specific Municipal Facility as further described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”).
Project Description and Locations. Licensee shall have the right to use the Municipal Facility for Equipment at the designated areas in the ROW as further described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”); OR Licensee shall have the right to place its own Equipment and pole at the designated areas in the ROW as further described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”). Licensee shall have the right to place its own Equipment on street lighting poles approved for street lighting purposes by the City that are purchased by the Licensee and ownership conveyed assigned to the City via xxxx of sale as further described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”); OR Licensee shall have the right to place its own Equipment on third-party owned poles that are located within the ROW as further described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”).
Project Description and Locations. As described herein, Company shall have the right to use the Licensor-owned structure, other vertical structure owned by a third party or a newly constructed vertical structure for WCF at the Wireless Site in the PROW as further described in Attachment 1, Table 1 attached hereto.

Licensee shall have the right to use CSU-owned streetlight poles, pursuant to a fully executed Supplemental Site License and special provisions at the designated areas in the ROW as further described in Exhibit A-1 and A-2 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”); OR Licensee shall have the right to use City-owned traffic signal poles, pursuant to a fully executed Supplemental Site License and special provisions at the designated areas in the ROW as further described in Exhibit A-1 and A-3 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”); OR Licensee shall have the right to use third-party poles pursuant to a fully executed Supplemental Site License and the written terms required by the Owner of such poles at the designated areas in the ROW as further described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”); OR Licensee shall have the right to use CSU-owned electric distribution poles, pursuant to a fully executed Supplemental Site License and special provisions at the designated areas in the ROW as further described in Exhibit A-1 and A-4 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”); OR To the extent permitted by and in conformance with, City regulations and ordinances, on the Licensee’s proprietary poles pursuant to a fully executed Supplemental Site License at the designated areas in the ROW as further described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto (the “Licensed Area”).
Project Description and Locations. This Site License is provided for the Wireless Installation identified and described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
Project Description and Locations. As described herein, Licensee shall have the right to use the designated areas in the PROW for the WCF described in Attachment 1, Table 1 (the “Licensed Area”).
Project Description and Locations. Licensee shall have the right to use the County facilities and ROW for placement of its Facility only as specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto (the “Encroachment Space”) and as approved through this Site Supplement and pursuant to the Master License Agreement.

Licensee shall have the right to install and attach Wireless Installations on, under, and above the public right of way owned or controlled by City, on, in and adjacent to the specific Structure and Infrastructure as identified and described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto (collectively the “Licensed Site”). No use of City’s Structures or Infrastructure under this Agreement shall create or vest in Licensee any ownership or property rights in such Structures or Infrastructure.
