Supplemental 1. This Project Contract is supplemental to the terms and conditions of the Master Contract as if the Master Contract was fully set forth herein. Failure to include any provision of the Master Contract in this Project Contract is not an agreement to omit the provision. All defined terms herein shall be used in the Master Contract and all defined terms in the Master Contract shall be used in this Project Contract. 2. This Project Contract and the Master Contract are project specific, and no term, provision, or modification of the Master Contract, shall apply to any other project unless expressly included in the project contract for the other project(s). 3. Subcontractor attests that it holds a valid license for the Work to be performed in the State in which the Project is to be performed or that no license is required for the performance of the Work. 4. Subcontractor must be available by phone and email during working hours and provide a 24-hour emergency phone number (English speaking).

SUPPLEMENTAL ARRANGEMENTS The Sub-Advisor may enter into arrangements with other persons affiliated with the Sub-Advisor or with unaffiliated third parties to better enable the Sub-Advisor to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement for the provision of certain personnel and facilities to the Sub- Advisor, subject to written notification to and approval of the Manager and, where required by applicable law, the Board of Directors of the Fund.
Amendments, Supplements, Etc This Agreement may be amended or supplemented at any time by additional written agreements as may mutually be determined by Purchaser and Seller to be necessary, desirable or expedient to further the purposes of this Agreement, or to clarify the intention of the parties hereto.
Supplemental Services 4.1.1 The services listed below are not included in Basic Services but may be required for the Project. The Architect shall provide the listed Supplemental Services only if specifically designated in the table below as the Architect’s responsibility, and the Owner shall compensate the Architect as provided in Section 11.2. Unless otherwise specifically addressed in this Agreement, if neither the Owner nor the Architect is designated, the parties agree that the listed Supplemental Service is not being provided for the Project.
Supplements Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Company may enter into any Supplement providing for the issuance of one or more Series of Additional Notes consistent with Section 2.2 hereof without obtaining the consent of any holder of any other Series of Notes.
Supplemental Agreements Without Consent of Holders Without the consent of any Holders, the Company and the Agent, at any time and from time to time, may enter into one or more agreements supplemental hereto, in form satisfactory to the Company and the Agent, for any of the following purposes: (1) to evidence the succession of another Person to the Company, and the assumption by any such successor of the covenants of the Company herein and in the Certificates; or (2) to add to the covenants of the Company for the benefit of the Holders, or to surrender any right or power herein conferred upon the Company; or (3) to evidence and provide for the acceptance of appointment hereunder by a successor Agent; or (4) to make provision with respect to the rights of Holders pursuant to the requirements of Section 5.6(b); or (5) to cure any ambiguity, to correct or supplement any provisions herein which may be inconsistent with any other provisions herein, or to make any other provisions with respect to such matters or questions arising under this Agreement, provided such action shall not adversely affect the interests of the Holders.
Supplemental Life Insurance In addition to the life insurance benefits provided by this agreement, employees may subscribe voluntarily and at their own expense for supplemental life insurance. Employees may subscribe for an amount not to exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000), of which one hundred thousand ($100,000) is a guaranteed issue, provided the election is made within the required enrollment periods.
Supplemental Work Authorizations Before additional work may be performed or additional costs incurred, a change in a work authorization shall be enacted by a written supplemental work authorization in the form identified and attached hereto as Attachment D. Both parties must execute a supplemental work authorization within the period of performance specified in the work authorization. The State shall not be responsible for actions by the Engineer or any costs incurred by the Engineer relating to additional work not directly associated with the performance or prior to the execution of the work authorization. The Engineer shall allow adequate time for review and approval of the supplemental work authorization by the State prior to expiration of the work authorization. Any supplemental work authorization must be executed by both parties within the time period established in Article 2 of the contract, (Contract Period). Under no circumstances will a work authorization be allowed to extend beyond the contract's expiration date or will the total amount of funds exceed the maximum amount payable set forth in Article 3A of the contract (Compensation).
