Supplemental Type Certificates. (a) U.S. Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) may be issued under the provisions of 14 CFR § 21.117 for approval of major changes to the type design of an aircraft, aircraft engine, or propeller which has been type certificated/validated by the FAA, when the UKCAA is the authority of the State of Design for both the product and the design change, and the UKCAA has issued the STC. (b) The FAA will develop the STC certification basis in accordance with FAA Order 8110.4, Type Certification and 14 CFR § 21.115. 3.0.2.2

Supplemental Type Certificates. Schedule 6.27 describes each supplemental type certificate and any amendments or modifications thereto (the “Certificates”) issued to any Company by the FAA or any foreign Authority. All required filings and fees related to the Certificates have been timely filed with and paid to the relevant Authorities. The Certificates are valid and in full force and effect. One or more of the Companies are and, after the Closing shall be, the sole legal and beneficial owners of the Certificates issued to them free and clear of any Liens and without an obligation to pay any royalty, license fee or other amounts to any Person with respect to the Certificates. The Companies’ rights to each Certificate are valid, enforceable, subsisting, and the Companies currently have the right, authority, and capability to update, amend, and modify the Certificates if necessary and required for Part 135 or Part 137 operations, Aerial Services and such other applicable operations. To Sellers’ Knowledge, no Person has infringed, misappropriated, diluted or otherwise violated, or is currently infringing, misappropriating, diluting or otherwise violating, any of the Certificates.
Supplemental Type Certificates. 6.1 These TVP will also be used to determine VA involvement in STC validation programs. To facilitate the application of the TVP, the CA will classify the STC as either a Basic STC or a Non-Basic STC. The VA will concur with the CA’s classification through acceptance of the application.

(c) With the exception of the XX xxxxxx who may apply for an amended TC or STC, each person who alters a product by introducing a major change in Type Design, not great enough to require a new 3.0.2.2

The date of application is the date application is made to CAA-NL for the Dutch STC. 3.0.2.2

  • Form of the Certificates (a) The Certificates shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A. The Certificates shall represent the entire beneficial interest in the Trust. The Certificates shall be executed on behalf of the Trust by manual or facsimile signature of a Responsible Officer of the Owner Trustee. Certificates bearing the manual or facsimile signatures of individuals who were, at the time when such signatures shall have been affixed, authorized to sign on behalf of the Trust, shall be duly issued, fully paid and non-assessable beneficial interests in the Trust, notwithstanding that such individuals or any of them shall have ceased to be so authorized prior to the authentication and delivery of such Certificates or did not hold such offices at the date of authentication and delivery of such Certificates.

  • Certificates Issuable in Classes; Distributions of Principal and Interest; Authorized Denominations The aggregate principal amount of the Certificates that may be authenticated and delivered under this Agreement is limited to the aggregate Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-Off Date, as specified in the Preliminary Statement to this Agreement, except for Certificates authenticated and delivered upon registration of transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Certificates pursuant to Section 5.03. Such aggregate principal amount shall be allocated among one or more Classes having designations, types of interests, initial per annum Certificate Interest Rates, initial Class Principal Balances and Final Maturity Dates as specified in the Preliminary Statement to this Agreement. The aggregate Percentage Interest of each Class of Certificates of which the Class Principal Balance equals zero as of the Cut-Off Date that may be authenticated and delivered under this Agreement is limited to 100%. Certificates shall be issued in Authorized Denominations.

  • Reference in Certificates to Supplemental Agreements Certificates authenticated and delivered after the execution of any supplemental agreement pursuant to this Article may bear a notation in form approved by the Trustee as to any matter provided for in such supplemental agreement; and, in such case, suitable notation may be made upon Outstanding Certificates after proper presentation and demand.
