Common use of Supplementary Cards Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Cards. The Bank may issue a Supplementary Card(s) at the request of the Cardholder to a party nominated by him/her at Bank’s discretion. Both the Cardholder and the Supplementary Cardholder(s) will be jointly and severally liable for the use of the Card and of the Supplementary Card(s) whether their Card Accounts are combined or separate. Any Supplementary Cardholder(s) will be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Basic Cardholder may assign the same Credit Limit or a lower limit to the Supplementary Cardholders at his/her discretion.

Both the Cardholder Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardholder(sCardmember(s) will be jointly and severally liable for the use of the Card and of the Supplementary Card(s) whether their Card Accounts are combined or separate. Any Supplementary Cardholder(sCardmember(s) will be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. The Basic Cardholder Cardmember may assign assigns the same Credit Limit or a lower limit to the Supplementary Cardholders Cardmembers at his/her discretion.

Any Supplementary Cardholder(s) will be bound by the terms Terms and conditions Conditions of this agreementAgreement.
