Supplementary Health and Hospital Insurance Plan. PT.10.1 The Employer shall pay forty percent (40%), fifty percent (50%), sixty percent (60%), seventy percent (70%) or eighty percent (80%) of the monthly premium for the Supplementary Health and Hospital Insurance Plan for each participating RPT employee, whichever is closest to the percentage that the RPT employee's weekly hours of work bear to full-time employment. The RPT employee shall pay the balance of the monthly premium through payroll deduction.
