SUPPLEMENTARY HEALTH AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE. 67.1.1 If an employee elects to participate in this plan, the Employer shall pay forty percent (40%), fifty percent (50%), sixty percent (60%), seventy percent (70%), or eighty percent (80%) of the monthly premium for the Supplementary Health and Hospital Plan, whichever is closest to the percentage that the employee’s weekly hours of work bear to full-time employment.
