Common use of Supplier Diversity Clause in Contracts

Supplier Diversity. In the event that Supplier utilizes a subcontractor or any third party supplier in the performance of the Purchase Order (a “Subcontractor”), Owner reserves the right to establish diverse supplier goals for Supplier’s utilization of Subcontractors. Owner may further require Supplier to report supplier utilization in accordance with Owner’s internal diversity policies.
