Supplier Qualification. 1. In accordance with article 15-04, in the qualification of suppliers during the tendering procedure, no entity of a Party may discriminate between suppliers of the other party or between domestic suppliers and suppliers of the other party.
Supplier Qualification. All Suppliers to STRATA-G shall be qualified in accordance to the STRATA-G qualification process. Suppliers will be asked to complete a Supplier Questionnaire and/or successfully pass an onsite audit conducted by Strata-G. The Supplier shall allow Strata-G personnel access to perform an on-site survey for qualification with the understanding that the Supplier reserves sensitive and proprietary information.
Supplier Qualification. Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx shall be responsible for the qualification of the suppliers of components, containers, labeling and packaging materials provided by Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx. Auxilium shall be responsible for the qualification of the suppliers of any material(s) supplied to Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx by Auxilium. Upon request, Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx or Auxilium, as the case may be, shall provide the requesting party with documented evidence describing the qualifications of applicable suppliers and contractors used to provide components, containers, testing services, labeling and packaging materials used for Auxilium products. Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx shall provide this information to Auxilium for regulatory filings (e.g., BLA filing). Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx shall provide a list of approved suppliers associated with Auxilium’s product(s) and process. Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx shall ensure that any component vendors and third party subcontract manufacturers/packagers or testing laboratories used by Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx are qualified and in compliance with current GMPs or equivalent standards defined in regulatory submissions for Worldwide Marketing Authorizations. Auxilium has the right to request the use of a vendor or subcontractor that is not currently qualified by Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx. Upon such requests, Auxilium will be responsible for qualifying and approving the new entity. Likewise, Auxilium and Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx may work together to qualify the new entity in order to add them to Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx’x approved vendor/subcontractor list. Upon Auxilium’s request, Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx shall provide Auxilium with documented evidence describing the qualifications of third party subcontractors used by Xxxxxxxxx-Xxxxx for performing outsourced testing.
Supplier Qualification. Jabil shall be responsible for demonstrating that all Jabil recommended suppliers were qualified using Jabil’s supplier qualification process.
Supplier Qualification. 6.1.1 Before initializing discussions with any prospective supplier (and sub-supplier where necessary), the Intel purchasing representative will execute the appropriate Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) with the supplier. All information communicated will be outlined in a supplementary Confidential Information Transmittal Record (CITR).
Supplier Qualification. 3.1. Supplier’s who have DQR’s who have previously operated under the GE- Aviation Joint Affiliates (Systems) or GE Aircraft Engines (Engines) Supplier Release Program (SRP) are allowed to continue operating with the previously issued RAAN numbers until 2021 or the expiration of the DSQR’s current certification, whichever is earlier.
Supplier Qualification. 6.1. Supplier shall maintain its compliance status throughout the term of the Agreement.
Supplier Qualification. Viasystems Purchasing must agree with either Engineering or Quality to qualify a supplier who provides critical materials and services. Suppliers who provide materials and services that are not critical to Viasystems product quality. A qualified supplier will be added to the Viasystems Approved Supplier List with a scope of approval.
Supplier Qualification. Selection, qualification, and management of sub-Contractors are the responsibility of EZEM, unless otherwise agreed upon. EZEM must notify CYPRESS of proposed changes on raw materials and components.
