Site Survey. A land survey of the site indicating lines of streets, alleys, pavements, and adjoining property; rights-of-way, restrictions, easements, encroachments, deed restrictions, boundaries, grades and contours of the site; locations, dimensions and data pertaining to known utilities, existing structures, landscaping and trees, and other improvements.
Site Survey. 47.1. Within the scope of this Framework Agreement, the Contractor may be required to conduct site surveys as part of a mini competition exercise or as the incumbent supplier in support of continuous improvement. Site surveys may provide recommendations as to how the Framework Public Body could optimise productivity, reduce cost and environmental impact (in terms of KwH and CO2 savings) in relation to their print environment.
47.2. The scope and timing of the site survey will be agreed between the Framework Public Body and the Contractor. It is expected that a typical survey may include: - ▪ Current print device fleet ▪ Current software solutions and core functions ▪ Current service costs ▪ Current print volumes ▪ Current issues e.g. over use and/or end of life ▪ Strategic drivers e.g. support move from paper to digital
Site Survey. A hardcopy and electronic media copy of the owner provided site survey with the following information: the legal description of the site, acreage, contours, overall dimensions, vegetation, trees, hardscape elements, adjacent highways and roads, information about ownership and use of adjacent land, locations of on‐ and off‐site utility connections, utility service point entry locations, parking areas, service areas, play areas, athletic fields, bus loop(s), parent drop off, existing buildings with height, mechanical cooling towers and chillers, floor elevations (related to base flood elevation as shown on Flood Insurance Rate Maps, and use. The site survey may be an update of informational surveys provided by the Owner but shall be prepared on electronic media and submitted in both hard and electronic media formats.
Site Survey. Hobart may conduct a Site (as defined below) survey at Customer’s facility, such Site surveys are intended to identify problems which can be readily identified through reasonable visual inspection however Customer is solely responsible for the state of its facility and Site (including electrical and plumbing lines). During a Site survey, Hobart is under no obligation to excavate, move equipment, or otherwise disassemble or remove covers, fascia, sconces, or the like. Should problems or defects be identified during the Site survey or during performance of Services, Customer shall remedy such problems at its own cost before Hobart is required to continue performing or complete Services.
Site Survey. Where chargeable survey is required, payment is due in advance of scheduling site surveys by a technician or to be paid on-site, if pre-agreed with Cottage Country Internet. Site survey charges are credited against installation charges upon completion of installation.
Site Survey. 1. Prior to the start of any Services, the party designated in the applicable Award Letter shall perform a site survey to allow development of the ***** specification using the current version of Alcatel’s standard site survey tool provided by the PM.
2. Seller shall adhere to the end customer’s procedures, policies and identification requirements regarding access to the customer’s site.
3. The party that performs the site survey shall ensure that the site survey complies with the Alcatel site survey process provided by the PM and that each site survey includes without limitation the following information: • Review and assessment of the condition of the ***** site; • Review of site drawings; • Evaluation of the type of ***** and office drawings (considering current and future growth needs); • ***** placement location options that will support the proposed *****; • ***** checks on customer designated points of *****; • Complete *****; • Site environmental specifications; and • Other information that will be used during the ***** process. • Upon completion of the Site Survey, a copy of the final Site Survey and companion Trip Report shall be provided to the PM.
1. Within five business days following completion of the site survey (or upon a date mutually agreeable), Seller shall provide Alcatel PM with a detailed ***** specification that shall conform to Alcatel and Alcatel’s customers’ ***** requirements then currently in effect and shall include at a minimum: • A complete list of ***** materials that are to be provided by Seller; • A project plan with detailed schedule of tasks and timeframes for the day to day work to be performed by the Seller. ; • Contact information in accordance with the PM-defined escalation procedure; • A ***** list of all *****; • A rack face drawing of all pre-existing installed racks; • Site floor plan drawings *****; and • ***** information. • Verification that the end customer’s facility assignment information has been updated *****). Alcatel shall review and approve the specification within five business days after receipt.
2. Within *****, Seller shall provide to the PM a completed ***** specification and related drawings in hard and soft copy. Seller shall have delivered the ***** information to the end customer. Site Survey. When requested and reasonably required, the DISTRICT shall furnish a legal description and a certified land survey of the site, giving, as applicable, grades and lines of streets, alleys, pavements and adjoining property; rights- of-way, restrictions, easements, encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, boundaries and contours of the site.
Site Survey. 2.1.1. Prior to the start of any ***** Services, the Seller shall, as directed by Alcatel, perform either a phone or on-location site survey to capture site-specific information to allow *****.
2.1.2. The Seller shall be flexible in negotiating customer meeting times, provide customer with adequate advance notice of meetings and be punctual.
2.1.3. Seller shall adhere to the end customer’s procedures, policies and identification requirements regarding access to the customer’s site.
2.1.6. Upon completion of the Site Survey, a copy of the final Site Survey and companion Trip Report shall be provided to Alcatel. The submittal shall be within the timeframe directed by Alcatel.
2.1.7. The Seller shall follow up on all action items taken at the survey meetings.
2.1.8. Information from the site survey form shall be used to prepare a detailed Xxxx of Materials (BOM) *****.
2.2.1. Alcatel will provide access to and Seller shall have knowledge of the Customer Office Drawing and Records administration database.
2.2.2. Seller must have CAD capabilities.
2.2.3. Seller shall develop a detailed engineering specification and drawings that shall conform to Alcatel and Alcatel’s customer’s ***** requirements then currently in effect and shall include at a minimum:

Site Survey. Definition: Visit each identified candidate for RF suitability. Determine antenna locations. Identify coverage limitations and comparison with any other candidates. The site survey will be performed with site acquisition and construction personnel.
Site Survey. If a PO specifies that the site survey is to be performed by Contractor, then Contractor shall deliver the site survey results to SONIFI within the timeframe specified in the applicable PO or within a pre-determined timeframe mutually agreed upon in writing by Contractor and SONIFI prior to the performance of Services. Such site survey performed by Contractor shall be accurate in all material respects, and Contractor shall be liable to SONIFI for any damages, costs and expenses caused to SONIFI or a Customer Facility by any material inaccuracy or material inaccuracies in Contractor’ survey results. If the site survey was performed by XXXXXX and Contractor, in good faith and after reasonable investigation, believes the site survey is inaccurate, then Contractor shall notify SONIFI of the nature of the discrepancies and shall submit a Change Order to SONIFI seeking authorization for changes to the Services necessary to fulfill the applicable SOW. If XXXXXX agrees with the terms of the Change Order, XXXXXX shall amend or re-issue the applicable PO as modified by the Change Order or as otherwise agreed.
