Common use of Supplier Review Meetings Clause in Contracts

Supplier Review Meetings. 2.2.1 Regular performance review meetings will take place at the Authority’s premises throughout the Panel Period and thereafter until the Panel Expiry Date (“Supplier Review Meetings”). 2.2.2 The exact timings and frequencies of such Supplier Review Meetings will be determined by the Authority following the conclusion of the Panel Agreement. It is anticipated that the frequency of the Supplier Review Meetings will be once every month or less. The Parties shall be flexible about the timings of these meetings. 2.2.3 The purpose of the Supplier Review Meetings will be to review the Suppliers performance under this Panel Agreement and, where applicable, the Suppliers adherence to the Supplier Action Plan. The agenda for each Supplier Review Meeting shall be set by the Authority and communicated to the Supplier in advance of that meeting. 2.2.4 The Supplier Review Meetings shall be attended, as a minimum, by the Authority Representative(s) and the Supplier Panel Manager.

It is anticipated that the frequency of the Supplier Review Meetings will be once every month or less. The Parties shall be flexible about the timings of these meetings. 2.2.3 The purpose of the Supplier Review Meetings will be to review the Suppliers Supplier’s performance under this Panel Framework Agreement and, where applicableif the Supplier is deemed by the Authority to be a Strategic Supplier, the Suppliers Supplier’s adherence to the Supplier Action Plan. The agenda for each Supplier Review Meeting shall be set by the Authority and communicated to the Supplier in advance of that meeting. 2.2.4 The Supplier Review Meetings shall be attended, as a minimum, by the Authority Representative(s) and the Supplier Panel Framework Manager.
