SUPPLIES AND TEXTBOOKS. 9-2-1 The School Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, current periodicals, consumable materials (e.g. XXXX Modules, essential workbooks), art supplies, music supplies, athletic equipment and similar materials are tools of the teaching profession. The parties will confer during the annual budgetary process for the purpose of improving the selection and use of such educational tools. The principals will inform the teacher or department of the disposition of their requests.
