Supply Forecast. For purposes of determining the Termination Payment pursuant to Section 8.3(b)(i) and 8.3(b)(iii) above, the quantity of Products to be delivered shall be based upon the then-current Projected Annual Energy Output (the “Supply Forecast”).
Supply Forecast. Estimated supply and delivery details will be outlined in the Supply and Quality Documentation and will be updated by the Parties by mutual agreement (which agreement can be effected by the Parties’ Designated Supply contacts and without need for an amendment to this Agreement) based on the actual enrollment. The Recipient will promptly inform BMS of any change in its requirements, and BMS will endeavor to accommodate any change in the supply quantities requested by the Recipient so long as it does not unduly disrupt BMS’s ongoing business activities.
Supply Forecast. The Commercial Lead shall prepare quarterly, non-binding forecasts for the quantities of Optioned Product necessary pursuant to the applicable Commercialization Plan and shall provide such forecast to the applicable JPT for review at each JPT meeting.

Olema will promptly inform Novartis of any change in its requirements for Novartis Study Drugs, and Novartis will [***].
Supply Forecast. At least thirty (30) days prior to the start of each calendar [***], Genentech will provide Alkermes with Genentech's good faith non-binding written projection of Processing for which Alkermes shall be responsible for the next [***], including estimates of the Genentech Materials to be delivered to Alkermes during such period and the nature of the Processing to be performed, which rolling [***] forecast, as amended from time to time by Genentech, shall be the "SUPPLY FORECAST". Notwithstanding the foregoing, if during any given calendar [***] Genentech reasonably believes that the most recently delivered Supply Forecast is no longer an accurate projection, Genentech shall promptly inform Alkermes as to the circumstances that have changed and if necessary, deliver a new Supply Forecast with corrected projections.
Supply Forecast. For purposes of determining the Termination Payment pursuant to Section 8.3(b)(i) and 8.3(b)(iii) above, the quantity of Party to the Non-Defaulting Party, including any Termination Payment payable as a result of any early termination of this Agreement.
Supply Forecast. Estimated supply and delivery details will be outlined in the Clinical Supply Agreement or a SOW under the Clinical Supply Agreement, as agreed by the Parties, and will be updated by the Parties by mutual written agreement (which agreement can be effected by agreement in the Combination Project Committee and without need for an amendment to this Project Agreement) based on the actual enrollment of the Combination Therapy Trial. Immatics will promptly inform Moderna (by raising the topic in the Combination Project Committee) of any change in its requirements, and Moderna will endeavor to accommodate any change in the supply quantities requested by Immatics so long as it does not unduly disrupt Moderna’s ongoing business activities.
Supply Forecast. For purposes of determining the Termination Payment on or after the Commercial Operation Date pursuant to this Section 9.3, the quantity of Products to be delivered shall be 18,299 RECs (the “Supply Forecast”).
Supply Forecast. (i) Eighteen (18) months prior to the expected first delivery date of Product for the first Launch in the Territory, the Parties shall discuss the projected quantity requirements for the Product for the first three (3) years following the first Launch in the Territory. (ii) Twelve (12) months prior to the beginning of the calendar quarter which contains the expected date of the first Launch in the Territory, CONFORMA shall provide SUMITOMO with a good faith forecast of projected quantity requirements for the Product for the forthcoming three (3) years beginning with the calendar quarter six (6) months after the delivery of such forecast, including the quarterly quantities of the Product for the first year and the yearly quantities of the Product for the subsequent two years. The first quarter of the forecast shall be deemed as a firm order. CONFORMA shall designate a delivery date within the applicable calendar quarter at the time the forecast becomes a firm order. CONFORMA shall update such forecast for the three (3) year period on a rolling basis by the end of every calendar quarter thereafter during the term of this Agreement and the forecast for each first calendar quarter shall become a firm order on a rolling basis.
