Optioned Product definition

Optioned Product means any pharmaceutical preparation that incorporates or contains any Optioned Compound, in any formulation, whether as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active agents.
Optioned Product shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.1.
Optioned Product means a Licensed Product for which Codiak has exercised its Development and Commercialization Option, and Jazz has not exercised its one-time veto with respect to the exercise of such option, all pursuant to Section 4.3.1.

Examples of Optioned Product in a sentence

  • For each such Optioned Product Candidate, Development Pool Candidates and Products, the Product Commercialization Schedule will also apply.

  • If any In-License Payment becomes due under any Moderna Collaboration In-License with respect to the applicable Optioned Product Candidate prior to expiration of the Earn-Out Term for such Optioned Product Candidate, Moderna will pay same and, subject to [***] and Section 2.8(b) of the A&R Services and Collaboration Agreement, AstraZeneca will reimburse Moderna for [***] of [***] within [***] days of receipt of Moderna’s written invoice therefor.

  • Without limiting the respective rights and obligations of the Parties expressly set forth herein, each Party specifically disclaims any guarantee that an Optioned Product Candidate will be successful, in whole or in part.


More Definitions of Optioned Product

Optioned Product means any product containing an Optioned Molecule, other than a Gilead Combination Product. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, an “Optioned Product” includes all products containing the same Optioned Molecule, alone or In Combination with one or more other active pharmaceutical ingredients (other than (a) any other Galapagos Molecule or Galapagos Product that is not another Optioned Molecule or Optioned Product, (b) any Molecule or product that is the subject of any Pre-Program Activities or (c) any Molecule or product that is the subject of any Excluded Programs), in any and all finished forms, presentations, delivery systems, strength, dosages, and formulations.
Optioned Product means any Product which contains an Optioned Biologic.
Optioned Product means any product containing an Optioned Molecule, [***]. For purposes of Section 12.6, and except as set forth in the preceding sentence, an “Optioned Product” includes all products containing the same Optioned Molecule. In addition, an “Optioned Product” includes a Profit-Share Product.
Optioned Product means either or both an Optioned Soluble Receptor Product and/or an Optioned Target Modulator Product, as the case requires.
Optioned Product has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6.2.
Optioned Product means any Product with respect to which Allergan has exercised its Option pursuant to Section 6.3.2. Optioned Product means, with respect to any Research Program, any Degrader Product that Gilead identifies in a License Option Exercise Notice for such Research Program.
