Supply of Know How. 4.1 Subject to the provisions of sub-clause 3 the Licensor shall so soon after this Agreement become effective as the Licensee may reasonably require supply to the Licensee such of the Know-How as the Licensor may at that time have in its possession relating to the manufacture of Articles as the Licensor may in its opinion think necessary. The Licensee hereby confirms that the Licensor has already provided such Know-How to the extent expected by Licensee.
