Common use of Support Period Clause in Contracts

Support Period. During a period commencing with the date hereof and continuing as long as at least [*****] aircraft of the ATR model are operated in commercial air transport service (the “Support Period”), Seller will maintain or have maintained a reasonable stock as defined in Clause 3 of this Appendix and will furnish interchangeable and/or equivalent products adequate to meet Buyer’s needs for repairs and replacements on all Aircraft of the above mentioned model. Such spares will be sold and delivered with reasonable promptness upon receipt of Buyer’s orders. Seller shall use its best efforts to obtain a similar service from all Vendors for ATR parts that are originally installed on Aircraft and not manufactured by Seller.
