Survey and Legal Descriptions. Kensington-Minnesota, has furnished to Karrington (a) plats of survey for the Real Estate prepared in accordance with the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for Urban Class Land Title Surveys (jointly established by ALTA/ACSM, as revised in 1992 including the following items of Table A thereof: 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 16), and acknowledging receipt of the Title Commitment and that the location of each exception set forth in the Title Commitment, to the extent it can be located, has been shown thereon (with recording references and reference to the exception number of the Title Commitment), which on or prior to the Closing shall be certified to Karrington, the title insurer and any lender of Karrington's if requested (dated subsequent to the date of this Agreement) and (b) legal descriptions for the Real Estate prepared by a surveyor registered in the State of Minnesota who is acceptable to Karrington (the "Surveys"). 7.6.
