Legal Descriptions definition

Legal Descriptions means those certain legal descriptions of the Agency Parcels which are attached hereto as Attachment No. 2 and incorporated herein by this reference.
Legal Descriptions. All of Lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 6 of Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Existing Land Use and Subject Property The tax increment will be captured for the tax years for which the payments become delinquent in years 2022 through 2036 inclusive. The real property ad valorem taxes on the current valuation will continue to be paid to the normal taxing entities. The increase will come from the development and construction of the apartment building on this property.
