Survey Equipment. Payment will be made for the supply of the equipment specified under the fixed P&G rate on verification by the Employer’s Agent that the equipment specified is on site. Should any of this equipment be removed from site during the course of the contract then any payments made for the supply of this equipment will be reversed. Payment will be made for maintaining the survey equipment in a suitable condition under the time-related P&G rate.

Survey Equipment. The Contractor shall provide for the sole use of the Engineers representative the survey equipment and appliance and these shall revert to the Contractor upon COMPLETION of the Contract. The Contractor shall provide all labour and materials as may be required by the Engineer representative for survey work in connection with works. The Contractor will be required to maintain a competent supervising engineer and staff on Site throughout the construction period until completion of the works, and thereafter as may be required during the Defects Liability Period. The Engineer shall give prior approval to the appointment of this supervising engineer and shall have the authority to withdraw this approval at any time in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. All staff and labour employed on the works shall be employed in accordance with the labour and employment laws and regulations of the Republic of Kenya The Contractor shall advice the Engineer at which of his offices any notices may be served in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.

  • Safety Equipment Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.

  • New Equipment Where new types of equipment and/or operations, for which rates of pay are not established by this Agreement, are put into use after the ratification date of this Agreement within operations covered by this Agreement, rates governing such operations shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. This paragraph shall apply to all new types of equipment including office and clerical equipment. In the event an agreement cannot be reached within sixty (60) days after the date such equipment is put into use, the matter may shall be submitted to the National Grievance Committee for final disposition. Rates agreed upon or awarded shall be effective as of the date equipment is put to use

  • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes. Any security interest in the leased equipment, goods or property granted to the Contractor contrary to AGO 79-72 and AGO 80-9 is null and void. Limitations of remedies provisions, which are unconscionable under applicable Florida law, are void. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS). In compliance with Florida Statutes, Ch. 442, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must accompany any applicable item delivered under this Agreement.

  • Mandatory equipment (a) All Employees engaged to work on site will be supplied with safety footwear and safety helmets appropriate to the work that they perform before commencing work on a Project. The safety footwear will be of an equivalent standard to those made by: (i) Steel Blue; (ii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇; and (iii) Mongrel Boots. (b) These items must be worn at all times as instructed during the Project induction process. (c) Helmets must not be painted, drilled or modified in any way. Damaged and/or worn footwear and helmets will be replaced on demand.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.
