SURVIVAL OF PROVISION. Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of the Borrower hereunder, the agreements and liabilities of the Borrower contained in this Section 13.3 shall survive the payment in full of the Obligations.
SURVIVAL OF PROVISION. Termination of this Agreement, whether by passage of time or any other cause, shall not constitute a waiver of Company's rights under this Section 11, nor a release of Employee from Employee's obligations thereunder.
SURVIVAL OF PROVISION. All indemnification obligations of the parties under this Agreement, including Paragraphs 12, 13 and 14, shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.

SURVIVAL OF PROVISION. 20.1 It is hereby agreed that the rights and obligations of the parties hereto contained in Article 3, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 20 shall survive and continue after any termination or cancellation of this Agreement and shall bind the parties and their successors, assigns and legal representatives.
SURVIVAL OF PROVISION. In the event of expiration or termination of this Agreement, the following paragraphs shall survive such expiration or termination: 4, 5, 10, 11, and 12.
