Suspension and Dismissal. 9.01 A claim by an employee that he has been unjustly dismissed or suspended will be treated as a grievance if a written statement of such grievance is lodged with the Company's representative by the Shop Committee within three (3) working days of the notice of dismissal or suspension. Such grievance will be dealt with as outlined in Clause 7.04.
