Salary Indemnity Plan. Employees, upon appointment, if eligible, shall participate in the BCTF Salary Indemnity Plan. The cost of such participation shall be borne totally by the employee.
Salary Indemnity Plan. The Board agrees to operate a payroll deduction plan for those teachers wishing to participate in the BCTF Salary Indemnity Plan, premiums to be paid one hundred percent (100%) by the teachers
Salary Indemnity Plan. The teacher shall pay the annual premium of his/her own coverage under the BCTF Salary Indemnity Plan. Membership is a condition of employment for all eligible teachers entering the employ of the Board.
Salary Indemnity Plan. Participation in the BCTF Salary Indemnity Plan shall be a condition of employment for all teachers appointed to the District after January 1, 1978. The Employer shall remit on a monthly basis over a 10 month period to the BCTF (Salary Indemnity Fund) the Employee's share of the savings resulting from reduced Employment Insurance premiums. The premiums for this plan shall be paid totally by the teachers.
Salary Indemnity Plan a. The members of the Association shall participate in the BCTF Salary Indemnity Plan (Short Term and Long Term) and pay 100% of the premium costs.
b. The Board will pay 100% of all other premium benefit costs while on Short Term Disability and for one year while on Long Term Disability.
Salary Indemnity Plan. Each teacher shall pay 100% of the cost of premiums for the BCTF Salary Indemnity Plan. The plan is compulsory for all teachers.
Salary Indemnity Plan. All teachers shall participate in the B.C.T.
Salary Indemnity Plan. The Board shall assist in providing to members of the Union the protection of the BCTF Salary Indemnity Plan (short term/long term disability) under the following terms and conditions:
i. All members of the Union shall have the right to participate in the plan.
ii. The member shall pay 100% of the cost of the premiums.
iii. The Board shall deduct the premiums and forward these to the BCTF as appropriate.
iv. The Board will continue to pay the cost of premiums for Article B.11.3.a through
