Common use of Suspension Before Notice of Discipline Clause in Contracts

Suspension Before Notice of Discipline. (a) Prior to issuing a notice of discipline or the exhaustion of the disciplinary grievance procedure provided for in this Article, an employee may be suspended without pay by his appointing authority only pursuant to paragraphs (1) or (2) below.
