Common use of Suspension, Nonrenewal and Revocation Clause in Contracts

Suspension, Nonrenewal and Revocation. The charter may be suspended, revoked, or not renewed by the Authorizer as set forth in law, regulation, rule or policy that complies with law and as set forth in this Contract. The Authorizer is not required to allow corrective action as set forth below if the unsatisfactory review warrants revocation.lvi Until such time as the NMPED promulgates regulations setting forth procedures for revocation, the Parties shall follow the processes set forth in the Uniform Licensing Actlvii and such other Rules of Civil Procedure as agreed to by the Parties in conjunction with the revocation proceedings under the Charter School Act, but only to the extent such processes are consistent with the provisions of the Charter Schools Act.
