Suspension of User Access to Service. Box may suspend a User’s Account or remove or disable any Content which Box reasonably and in good faith believes is in violation of this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, Box’s right to suspend a User’s Account or remove or disable access to Content is on a User-basis and does not extend to Customer’s entire User base. Box agrees to provide Customer with reasonable notice of any such removal, suspension, or disablement before its implementation unless immediate removal, suspension, or disablement is necessary to comply with legal process, regulation, order or prevent imminent harm to the Box Service or any third party, in which case Box will notify Customer to the extent allowed by applicable law of such removal, suspension or disablement, as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter. 2.3
