Suspension or Modification of Services. Dell may immediately terminate, the Agreement, its Schedules, any Service Agreements, SOWs or software licenses, should Dell, in its sole judgment, believe that Partner is involved in any fraudulent or illegal activities or if Partner has breached any Export Control or Anti-Corruption Laws sections of the Agreement.
Suspension or Modification of Services. Supplier may suspend, terminate, withdraw, or discontinue all or part of the Services when Supplier believes, in its sole judgment, that Customer is involved in any fraudulent or illegal activities.
