Sustainable Retirement Funds. PIM agrees to (1) waive fees and/or reimburse expenses of each Xxxxxx Sustainable Retirement Fund, in an amount equal to the fund’s “acquired fund fees and expenses” and (2) waive fees and/or reimburse expenses of each class of shares specified below of each Xxxxxx Sustainable Retirement Fund in an amount sufficient to result in total annual fund operating expenses for each share class of the fund – exclusive of payments under the fund’s distribution plan, brokerage, interest, taxes, investment-related expenses (including borrowing costs, i.e., short selling and lines of credit costs), acquired fund fees and expenses, and extraordinary expenses – that equal the amount specified in the table below of the fund’s average net assets attributable to each such class. Each of these contractual waivers will remain in effect through the date that is three years after the effective date of the next amendment filed pursuant to Rule 485(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, of each fund’s registration statement (except for Xxxxxx Sustainable Retirement 2060 Fund, which will remain in effect through the date that is ten years after the effective date of the next amendment filed pursuant to Rule 485(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, of the fund’s registration statement).

Related to Sustainable Retirement Funds

  • Savings and Retirement Plans During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all other savings and retirement plans, practices, policies and programs, in each case on terms and conditions no less favorable than the terms and conditions generally applicable to the Company’s other executive employees.

  • Incentive, Savings and Retirement Plans During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in all incentive, savings and retirement plans, practices, policies and programs applicable generally to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies, but in no event shall such plans, practices, policies and programs provide the Executive with incentive opportunities (measured with respect to both regular and special incentive opportunities, to the extent, if any, that such distinction is applicable), savings opportunities and retirement benefit opportunities, in each case, less favorable, in the aggregate, than the most favorable of those provided by the Company and its affiliated companies for the Executive under such plans, practices, policies and programs as in effect at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or if more favorable to the Executive, those provided generally at any time after the Effective Date to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Retirement Accounts With respect to certain retirement plans or accounts (such as individual retirement accounts (“IRAs”), SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs, Xxxx IRAs, Education IRAs, and 403(b) Plans (such accounts, “Retirement Accounts”), the Transfer Agent, at the request and expense of the Fund, provide or arrange for the provision of various services to such plans and/or accounts, which services may include custodial agent services such as account set-up maintenance, and disbursements as well as such other services as the parties hereto shall mutually agree upon.

  • Retirement Plan The 2.7% at 55 retirement plan will be available to eligible bargaining unit members covered by this Section 6.1.1.

  • Distributions on Account of Separation from Service If and to the extent required to comply with Section 409A, no payment or benefit required to be paid under this Agreement on account of termination of the Executive’s employment shall be made unless and until the Executive incurs a “separation from service” within the meaning of Section 409A.
