Sustained Incapacity. 5.1 In the event an employee experiences a continual illness or serious injury within a given school term which would prevent them from performing their regular duties in Unit 10, salary payments would continue for the current fiscal year or school term, provided the employee has been employed in the School District for twenty (20) years and has sixty (60) days accumulated sick leave.
