Sustained Performance Evaluation. A faculty member employed by the University for five (5) or more years following the award of tenure or his/her most recent promotion, who has received a rating of less than Meets Expectations two (2) or more times in a given category during the previous five (5) years, must develop a performance improvement plan which is subject to the approval of the faculty member’s chair/supervisor.
