Sweepstakes. (a) Every twelve (12) months, Client, at its sole expense, will supply Excite with up to three (3) new motor vehicles to be used by Excite as sweepstakes prizes offered to Netscape users. The parties agree that the aggregate suggested manufacturer's retail price for the vehicle(s) selected by Excite though Client shall not exceed forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) in any twelve-month period.
