SWITCH NETWORK DESIGN, ENGINEERING AND COORDINATION. 3.4.1 LCC shall design and coordinate the switch network engineering activities for implementation, commissioning and acceptance. This includes managing and coordinating the "Change Control Process" that initiates, requests, responds to or implements a change in fixed network elements based on new requirements, additions or upgrades to the original scope of work as mutually agreed by UbiquiTel and the party providing the Service.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
