Common use of Synchronous Generation Clause in Contracts

Synchronous Generation. Interconnection Customer shall design the Generating Facility to be capable of maintaining a composite power delivery at continuous rated power output at the Point of Interconnection at all power factors over 0.95 leading to 0.95 lagging, unless the Transmission Provider has established different requirements that apply to all synchronous generators in the Local Balancing Authority on a comparable basis.
