Common use of Syphilis Objectives Clause in Contracts

Syphilis Objectives. a. Ensure that all individuals newly diagnosed with early syphilis are interviewed within three (3) days of assignment. If data indicates less than 85% of individuals newly diagnosed with early syphilis covered by the scope of this Contract are interviewed as described, DSHS may (at its sole discretion) require additional measures be taken by the Grantee to improve that percentage.
