System Funding. The ECC shall, on an annual basis, submit a budget request to County Council for sufficient funds to handle the insurance and ongoing maintenance and upgrade costs for the Infrastructure, including contingency funding to address unforeseen emergency requirements.

System Funding. 8.01 County shall be responsible for the initial digital trunked radio infrastructure purchase and installation. Patrol shall be responsible for subsequent infrastructure purchases required to maintain the designed operability of the systems. 8.02 In the event that a city or town not previously party to this Agreement wishes to join in the cooperative use of the digital trunked radio and systems and Patrol has determined that infrastructure enhancements need to be made to accommodate the cooperative use of the digital trunked radio system, that city or town shall be responsible for providing for purchase of any infrastructure necessary to make such enhancements to accommodate that city or town’s use of the digital trunked radio system without interfering with, or otherwise degrading, system capabilities for the parties to this Agreement.

System Funding. 8.01 The PATROL shall be responsible for the initial 800 MHz mixed mode radio infrastructure purchase and installation, and for subsequent infrastructure purchases required to maintain the designed operability of the systems. 8.02 In the event that a COUNTY/CITY/TOWN not previously party to this Agreement wishes to join in the shared use of the 800 MHz mixed mode radio and systems and that said COUNTY/CITY/TOWN has determined that infrastructure enhancements need to be made to accommodate the shared use of the 800 MHz mixed mode radio system, that COUNTY/CITY/TOWN shall be responsible for providing for purchase of any infrastructure necessary to make such enhancements to accommodate that COUNTY/CITY/TOWN use of the 800 MHz and systems without interfering with, or otherwise degrading, system capabilities for another COUNTY/CITY/TOWN that is a party to this Agreement.

Related to System Funding

  • Program Funding Upon entry into force of this Compact, MCC will grant to the Government, under the terms of this Compact, an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Eight Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (US$408,850,000) to support the Program (“Program Funding”). The allocation of Program Funding is generally described in Annex II to this Compact.

  • State Funding It is understood that all obligations of RRC hereunder are subject to the availability of state funds, federal grant(s) and/or other federal funds. If such funds are not appropriated or become unavailable, this Contract may be terminated. In such event, the Parties shall be discharged from further obligations, subject to the equitable settlement of their respective interests accrued up to the date of termination.

  • Funding This Contract is subject to termination or cancellation, without penalty to System Agency, either in whole or in part, subject to the availability of state funds. System Agency is a state agency whose authority and appropriations are subject to actions of the Texas Legislature. If System Agency becomes subject to a legislative change, revocation of statutory authority, or lack of appropriated funds that would render either System Agency’s or Grantee’s delivery or performance under the Contract impossible or unnecessary, the Contract will be terminated or cancelled and be deemed null and void. In the event of a termination or cancellation under this Section, System Agency will not be liable to Grantee for any damages, that are caused or associated with such termination, or cancellation, and System Agency will not be required to give prior notice.
