Cooperative Use. With Subscriber’s approval, the market research conducted by Subscriber during its selection process for the Services may be extended for use by other jurisdictions, municipalities, and government agencies of Subscriber’s state. Any such usage by other entities must be in accordance with ordinance, charter, and/or procurement rules and regulations of the respective political entity.

Any such usage by other entities must be in accordance with ordinance, charter, and/or procurement rules and regulations of the respective political entity.
Cooperative Use. Public and nonprofit agencies that have entered into a Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the CLIENT are eligible to participate in any subsequent Agreement. The parties agree that these lists are subject to change. Any such usage by other municipalities and government agencies must be in accord with the ordinance, charter, rules and regulations of the respective political entity and with applicable State and Federal laws. Any orders placed to, or services required from IMAGETREND will be requested by each participating agency. Payment for purchases made under this Agreement will be the sole responsibility of each participating agency. The CLIENT shall not be responsible for any disputes arising out of transactions made by others. IMAGETREND shall be responsible for correctly administering this Agreement in accordance with all terms, conditions, requirements, and approved pricing to any eligible procurement unit.
Cooperative Use. A. The City of Little Rock, as the issuing office for this solicitation, shall be the lead agency for this contract. Other governmental entities may participate in any contract resulting from this solicitation that fall under its scope of work throughout the life of the contract.

  • Exclusive Use (A) After the Occupancy Date, Lessee expressly agrees and warrants that the Leased Premises will be used exclusively as a Champps Restaurant or other casual dining sit-down restaurant. In any other such case, after obtaining Lessor's prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, Lessee may conduct any lawful business from the Leased Premises. Lessee acknowledges and agrees that any other use without the prior written consent of Lessor will constitute a default under and a violation and breach of this Lease. Lessee agrees: To open for business within a reasonable period of time after completion of construction of the contemplated Improvements; to operate all of the Leased Premises during the Term or Renewal Terms during regular and customary hours for businesses similar to the permitted exclusive use stated herein, unless prevented from doing so by causes beyond Lessee's control or due to remodeling; and to conduct its business in a professional and reputable manner.

  • Cooperative Agreement 6.30.1. The provisions and pricing of this Contract will be extended to other California local or state governmental entities. Governmental entities wishing to use this Contract will be responsible for issuing their own purchase documents/price agreements, providing for their own acceptance, and making any subsequent payments. Contractor shall be required to include in any Contract entered into with another agency or entity that is entered into as an extension of this Contract a Contract clause that will hold harmless the County of Orange from all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions of every kind resulting directly or indirectly, arising out of, or in any way connected with the use of this contract. Failure to do so will be considered a material breach of this Contract and grounds for immediate Contract termination. The cooperative entities are responsible for obtaining all certificates of insurance and bonds required. The Contractor is responsible for providing each cooperative entity a copy of the Contract upon request by the cooperative entity. The County of Orange makes no guarantee of usage by other users of this Contract.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.
