SYSTEM HARDWARE Replacement Fund. An initial 5 – year straight-line depreciation schedule will be used to build up SYSTEM HARDWARE replacement funds totaling $150,000. SYSTEM HARDWARE replacement funding is agreed to be split equally between the CAD and RMS systems. PARTIES agree to use the annual maintenance cost sharing methodology (as defined in Section 6.A) for buildup of SYSTEM HARDWARE replacement funds. Subsequent SYSTEM HARDWARE needs will be addressed by the PSITGC.
