Replacement Funds definition

Replacement Funds has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.05(d).
Replacement Funds means any moneys specified in Section 5.4 hereof to be Replacement Funds.
Replacement Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.1.

  • The Replacement Funds may come from any available source, including but not limited to low income housing tax credits, State Partnership Rental Housing Program, other State housing funds, low income housing bond funds, private debt or equity, public housing funds, and MTW Funds.

  • By letter dated May 31, 2012, HUD approved a Revitalization Plan, previously approved by the Plaintiffs, for uses of the HOPE VI funds, in conjunction with the $7,140,000 in Replacement Funds, that are consistent with the terms of this Agreement.

  • It was found that the participants (over 200 students) showed a very high level of agreement as to which items were the most typical.

  • Until such time as the Replacement Funds have been fully expended and the Deeply Subsidized Units have been completed, HABC will provide reports every six months to the Plaintiffs regarding use of the funds and progress towards the development and leasing of the Deeply Subsidized Units.

Related to Replacement Funds

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Current Funds means wire transfers, certified funds or cashier's checks in a form acceptable to the Title Company which would permit the Title Company to immediately disburse such funds.

  • Unspent Funds means the amount reported as unspent by the Recipient as of December 31, 2023 in the Recipient’s 2023 Annual Report (as defined under the Prior Agreement).

  • Payment Fund has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(a).

  • Settlement Funds means moneys allocated to this state from the environmental mitigation trust specified in par. (d) and received by the state from the trustee.

  • Replacement Benchmark means a benchmark rate which is:

  • Client Funds means money deposited by the Client in his/her Trading Account, plus or minus any unrealized or realized profit or loss, plus or minus any amount that is due by the Client to the Company and vice versa.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Replacement Assets means (1) tangible non-current assets that will be used or useful in a Permitted Business or (2) substantially all the assets of a Permitted Business or a majority of the Voting Stock of any Person engaged in a Permitted Business that will become on the date of acquisition thereof a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Replacement Options has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1.1 of the Plan of Arrangement;

  • Replacement Reserve As defined in Section 9.5.1.

  • Replacement Reserve Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.

  • Replacement Reserve Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.

  • alternative fuels means fuels or power sources which serve, at least partly, as a substitute for fossil oil sources in the energy supply to transport and which have the potential to contribute to its decarbonisation and enhance the environmental performance of the transport sector, including:

  • SOFR Benchmark Replacement Date means the Benchmark Replacement Date with respect to the then-current Benchmark;

  • Alternative fuel means natural gas, propane, ethanol, methanol, gasoline (when used in hybrid electric vehicles only), hydrogen, electricity, fuel cells, or advanced technologies that do not rely on diesel fuel. “Alternative fuel” also means any of these fuels used in combination with each other or in combination with other non-diesel fuels.

  • Grant Funds means any and all funds allocated or disbursed to Grantee under this Agreement.
