TAILGATE. GUYS reserves the right to take photographs or video of all customers and their guests during events and to use for various purposes, including, but not limited to Public Relations, Marketing, etc. Customer hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the finished photography/video, advertising copy, printed matter, etc.

TAILGATE safety meetings shall be held at least every ten (10) working days; topics shall be selected on the basis of conditions on the work site. Meetings shall be documented.
TAILGATE. GUYS offers CLIENT drop off and bellhop service for one (1) vehicle per Varsity package, one (1) vehicle per Letterman package, two (2) vehicles per All American package and two (2) vehicles per Club package. In the event CLIENT needs additional drop off and bellhop service, each additional vehicle may be subject to a $50 to $100 fee.
TAILGATE. GUYS will provide bellhop service to guests to enhance the gameday experience. Varsity packages will receive one vehicle pass per Rookie package, three vehicles passes per Champions package.

Three eights (3/8) inch grade forty-three (43) tailgate chains to secure and allow adjustment of tailgate in both hinged positions with dual heavy-duty chain adjustable three eights (3/8) inch thick steel “banjo” type eyes welded on each side of corner posts (adjustment openings in corner posts not acceptable). Provisions for hanging tail gate chains. Heavy-duty pull/push activated air controlled valve tailgate latch assembly “buyers” (bav020) type (electric actuated valve not acceptable) mounted on center console. Three and one half (3 1/2) inch air tailgate cylinder. Hinged lifting eye constructed from three-quarter (3/4) inch diameter cold roll welded to center of tailgate. .
TAILGATE. 17.1. Tailgate and tailgate hardware shall be designed so that when the gate is in the horizontal position it is level with the body floor. Hardware shall be designed and positioned so that the gate side- shift in the open position will not allow a pin to drop out of the latching mechanism. The pins for securing the top of the gate shall be machined for ease of installation/removal and the hinge shall have grease fittings and shall be lubed before delivery.

TAILGATE. Tailgate shall be double acting. Upper hinge plates to be offset design flame cut from 1” 304L stainless steel plate. Tailgate shall be rectangle shaped to allow use of asphalt or stone chip spreader. Construction shall be of 3/16” 304L stainless steel with 3/16” formed cross bracing. Latch mechanism for the tailgate shall be air trip actuated from inside cab. Spreader chains and brackets shall be supplied on tailgate and rear apron. Chain shall be grade 70 coil proof 3/8” minimum. COMPLY
