Take Unit to a Repair Facility for Diagnosis. In the event of a Breakdown, take the Unit to the dealer that sold You this Agreement, if at all possible. If not, take the Unit to any licensed Repair Facility approved by the Administrator. Tell the service facility to visit the claims website "xxx.XxxxxXxxx.xxx" for 24/7 claims submission and instruction. For further assistance, contact the Administrator 000-000-0000, xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. Provide the Repair Facility with a copy of this Agreement and/or the Service Agreement Number.
