TAKING OF APPLICATIONS/ DISCLOSURES. Broker shall take applications for the Loan Programs in its own name through its employees. Any employee taking applications or offering or negotiating mortgage loan terms must be registered through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and licensed or registered where required by applicable law. Broker shall provide to each person or persons who submits an application that is to be submitted to Lender, contemporaneously with the taking of the application, broker disclosure(s) that comply with applicable laws. Broker may not submit third party originations to Lender under this Agreement.
