Tangible Personalty. All of Seller’s right, title and interest, if any, in and to all the furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other tangible personal property listed on Exhibit B attached hereto or otherwise located in or on the Property to the extent owned by Seller; and
Tangible Personalty. All of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all fixtures, furniture, equipment, and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller presently located on such property, including without limitation all of the furniture, equipment and other tangible personal property listed on Exhibit B-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, but expressly excluding all computer equipment, computer networking equipment, check scanners, facsimile machines, photocopiers, any and all licenses and software in connection with any of the foregoing exclusions, project signage bearing any name, logo or trademark of Seller or any of its affiliates, golf carts and other motorized vehicles and any items of personal property owned by tenants, any managing agent or others (the “Tangible Personalty”).
Tangible Personalty. All of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all furniture, machinery, apparatus, equipment and other tangible personal property owned by Seller, currently used in connection with the operation of the Real Property and improvements and situated thereon, including all fixtures and furniture, equipment, and other tangible personal property listed on Schedule I attached hereto.
Tangible Personalty. As defined in the Security Instrument.
Tangible Personalty. All of Seller's right, title and interest in and to all fixtures, furniture, equipment, and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller presently located on such property, but excluding word processing and computing equipment and any items of personal property owned by tenants, any managing agent or others.

All of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all fixtures, furniture, equipment, supplies and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by Seller presently attached or appurtenant to, located in or on and used exclusively in connection with the Land, but excluding any items of personal property owned by tenants, any managing agent or others, including, without limitation, the personal property listed on Exhibit B attached hereto, but excluding word processing and computing equipment (such as, but without limitation, CPUs, printers, hubs, switches, firewalls, networking equipment and modems) and any items of personal property owned by tenants, any managing agent or others.
Tangible Personalty. Seller is the sole owner of and has good title to the Tangible Personalty free and clear of any liens or encumbrances.
Tangible Personalty. All of the right, title and interest of ------------------- Contributor in and to any and all tangible personal property of every nature and description and all replacements thereof owned by Contributor (or in which Contributor has any interest) and used in connection with or relating to the use, operation, maintenance, ownership and/or occupancy of the Real Property including, without limitations: furniture; furnishings; art work; sculptures; paintings; office equipment and supplies; interior appliances; machinery; apparatus; landscaping; plants; lawn equipment; whether stored on or off the Real Property, tools, materials and supplies, and maintenance equipment used in connection with the use, operation, maintenance, ownership and/or occupancy of the Real Property; shelving and partitions and any construction and finish material and supplies not incorporated into the buildings and other improvements located on or affixed to the Real Property and held for repairs and replacements thereto, wherever located; and all of the personal property described on Exhibit ------- B attached hereto; provided, however, that the conveyance contemplated herein - -------- ------- shall not include tools, supplies and equipment owned by the property manager of the Real Property or any personal property owned by tenants under the Leases (as hereinafter defined) affecting the Real Property (the property described in this Section 1(a), collectively, the "Personal Property").
Tangible Personalty. All of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all fixtures, furniture, equipment, and other tangible personal property attached on Exhibit “C” hereto, but excluding VPN routers and any and all licenses and software in connection with computing equipment and any items of personal property owned by tenants, any managing agent or others (the “Tangible Personalty”).
Tangible Personalty. All of the furniture, fixtures, equipment, machines, apparatus, supplies and personal property of every nature and description and all replacements thereof now owned by Seller and located in or on the Property, including, without limitation, all of the personal property described on Exhibit A attached hereto; and
