Tap Permits. No water tap permits shall be issued or sold for connection to the Project and no such taps shall be made to the Project until the District has conditionally accepted the Project in the manner as set forth in paragraph 9 below.
Tap Permits. No District sewer taps shall be issued or sold for connection to the Sewer Main Extension and no such taps shall be made to the Sewer Main Extension until the District has provided Initial Acceptance of the Project in the manner as set forth above and all fees due and owing, as determined by the District, have been paid.
Tap Permits. No sewer tap permits shall be issued or sold for connection to the Project and no such taps shall be made to the Project until the District has initially accepted the Project in the manner as set forth in paragraph 11 below. Stub in connection fees may be accepted prior to initial acceptance.
