Connection Fees definition

Connection Fees means all deposits, connection fees and metering charges related to the purchase and installation of meters and associated equipment or other similar amounts payable to a Utility to establish or maintain electric service at each Facility.
Connection Fees means all fees and charges assessed by the District to users for the actual costs of connecting to a utility system of the District.

Connection Fees means all fees and charges, but not including capacity charges, to reimburse the district for its actual costs of connecting a user of water or sewer services to the district's water or sewer system.
