Target Population The Grantee shall ensure that diversion programs and services provided under this grant are designed to serve juvenile offenders who are at risk of commitment to Department.
Target Audience The target audience for this policy includes, but is not limited to, all faculty, trainees/students, and other members of MD Anderson’s workforce, including Facilities Management (FM) Project Managers, FM Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Staff, Contractors, and Stakeholders who request a Scheduled Utility Outage for: • New construction. • Renovation. • Maintenance.
Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:
Targets a) Seller’s supplier diversity spending target for Work supporting the construction of the Project prior to the Commercial Operation Date is ____ percent (___%) as measured relative to Seller’s total expenditures on construction of the Project prior to the Commercial Operation Date, and;
Targets and Milestones You may choose to develop specific additional targets and milestones which assess your performance in ITT over time – particularly if ITT trainees make up a significant proportion of your overall student body. Alternatively, you may have targets and milestones in your existing 2012-13 access agreement which you now also wish to apply to undergraduate and/or postgraduate ITT trainees. These targets may be statistical – based on how representative your entrants are and/or your retention performance – and might include annual or interim milestones to help you monitor whether you are making progress. You may wish to include criteria around the numbers of trainees in receipt of a full or partial maintenance grant, as financial data will need to be collected to determine bursary support and the data will also be accessible through the Student Loans Company for HEBSS subscribers. You may also wish to consider the TDA guidance at Annex C which gives information on specific groups that are Annex A underrepresented in the teaching profession. In this section, please state whether you intend to develop additional targets and milestones, or the extent to which you intend to use targets and milestones in your existing agreement which you now wish to extend to apply to undergraduate and/or postgraduate ITT trainees. Where you have new or amended milestones and targets, you should set these out in your Excel template (Annex B) at Table 6. The University of Cambridge does not intend to adjust its current targets or to develop additional targets and milestones for its ITT provision. The number of students on the PGCE programme amount to less than 4% of the total population of Cambridge students with which the Office for Fair Access is concerned, and all of those students have already experienced a first taste of higher education. It would therefore be disproportionate to set specific aims and objectives for this group.

Evaluation Schedule CLIENT REFERENCES The Tenderer shall provide details of his performance on each of the previous projects listed in the “Relevant Experience” returnable schedule. “Client Reference Scorecards” will be completed by each of the respective Clients for the projects listed in the “Relevant Experience” returnable schedule. The following are to be completed by the Client and Principal Agent and is to be supported in each case by a letter of award and the works completion certificate. Both Client and Principal Agent must sign and stamp the documents, failure to obtain both signatures and stamps will result in no allocation of points. Work Authorization Budget A work authorization budget shall set forth in detail (1) the computation of the estimated cost of the work as described in the work authorization, (2) the estimated time (hours/days) required to complete the work at the hourly rates established in Attachment E, Fee Schedule; (3) a work plan that includes a list of the work to be performed, (4) a stated maximum number of calendar days to complete the work, and (5) a cost-not-to-exceed-amount or unit or lump sum cost and the total cost or price of the work authorization. The State will not pay items of cost that are not included in or rates that exceed those approved in Attachment E.
Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.
