Taste. Their taste is comparable to all higher animals and they can easily distinguish between unsuitable, suitable and favoured fodder. Elephants love to eat so much that they spend 20 hours per day snacking and eating. They can consume some 200-300 kg of jungle foliage per day and drink up to 150 litres of water. They grow six sets of teeth during approximately 70 years of life. When the last row of teeth grinds down the animal will generally die from hunger. Contrary to popular belief in the west, elephants generally do not display a preference for buns or sweet cakes, preferring jungle food.

  • Appearance The Employee must appear at the Employer’s desired workplace at the time scheduled. If the Employee does not appear, for any reason, on more than separate occasions in a 12-month calendar period the Employer has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately. In such event, the Employee would not be granted severance as stated in Section III.

  • Quality All products will be new and unused. All products provided by the Contractor must meet all federal, state, and local standards for quality and safety requirements. Products not meeting the requirements of this section will be deemed unacceptable and returned to the Contractor for credit at no charge to the State.

  • Adaptability Does employee adapt to changing work demands? Is employee receptive to new ideas and concepts?

  • Diagnosis For a condition to be considered a covered illness or disorder, copies of laboratory tests results, X-rays, or any other report or result of clinical examinations on which the diagnosis was based, are required as part of the positive diagnosis by a physician.

  • ROAD TOLERANCES Purchaser shall perform road work within the tolerances listed below. The tolerance class for each road is listed on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET.   • Dimensions Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of IT (including Web/Internet, database applications and data warehousing) and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or project, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.

  • Responsiveness The Contractor has provided an appropriate and timely response to each of the City’s requests.

  • ROAD DIMENSIONS Purchaser shall perform road work in accordance with the dimensions shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET and the specifications within this road plan.

  • Animals The Hirer shall ensure that no animals (including birds) except guide dogs are brought into the premises, other than for a special event agreed to by the Village Hall. No animals whatsoever are to enter the kitchen at any time.
