Teacher and Leader Evaluation. The Charter School shall implement the Teacher Keys Effectiveness System (TKES) and Leader Keys effectiveness System (LKES) in accordance with O.C.G.A §20-2-210(b)(1) and State Board Rule 160-5-1.37. The Charter School shall have at least two individuals credentialed in using TKES. If the most senior Charter School leader must be evaluated using LKES because he or she performs the duties of a principal as defined by State Board Rule 160-5-1-.37, a member of the governing board, who is credentialed in using LKES, shall serve as his or her evaluator.
